Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to online lessons and related services provided by SugarTaste Co., Ltd.
For physical products, please refer to the cancellation policy on each product page.

■ Cancellation for Single Lessons

If a lesson is canceled due to the customer’s convenience, the following cancellation fees will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded:

• 3 days before: 30% of the lesson fee
• 1 day before: 50% of the lesson fee
• Same day: 100% of the lesson fee

■ Monthly Subscription Lessons

Please note that no refunds will be issued for monthly subscription lessons.

■ Cancellation Notification

If you need to cancel your booking due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us with the following information:

• Name of the participant
• Details of the booking
• Phone number
• Email address

Cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with this policy.
Please review this policy carefully before applying.

■ Cancellation Fees

• No-show without notice: 100% of the fee
• Cancellation on the day or 1 day before: 100%
• Cancellation 2–7 days before: 50%
• Cancellation earlier than above: Free of charge (for credit card payments)
• In case of cancellation due to company reasons, natural disasters, or infectious diseases: Full refund

■ Refund Method

Refunds for cancellations after payment will be processed as follows:

• Credit card payments: Refunded through your credit card provider

Please note that bank transfer fees for refunds will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the cancellation is due to our company.

■ Changes to Schedule

If we need to change the schedule due to company reasons (except in unavoidable circumstances), we will notify you by email or phone at least 7 days in advance.

At that time, we will confirm your availability.
If you are unable to attend, a full refund will be provided.

■ Event Cancellation

If we cancel a lesson due to company reasons (except in unavoidable situations such as instructor illness), we will notify you at least 7 days in advance.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Please note that unless we officially notify you of cancellation or schedule changes, cancellations due to weather conditions (e.g., snow) or other personal reasons will be treated as customer-initiated cancellations and subject to the applicable cancellation fees.
